Epsom Salt is high in absorbable magnesium. And, Dead Sea Salts are high in bromides, sulphates and many minerals known for de-stressing and rejuvenating health.
Directions for use:
Add 1 to 2 cups to a regular size tub with warm or hot water. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. Always ask your doctor before taking regular hot baths. For external use only. Re-hydrate by drinking liquids after a soak.
