Selsi has teamed up with chef and food writer, Signe Langford, to create two delicious brines, Deli-Style and Traditional. Using a blend of organic, wildcrafted and non-organic spices *all clearly marked on the label - we are hand crafting small batches in order to preserve full flavour!
