Hallelujah! You are on your way to the tastiest and juiciest roast, ever! Brining is a fine old culinary tradition that’s enjoying a well-deserved renaissance. Why? Because modern cooks are re-discovering that soaking a hunk of meat in a salty, sweet, spiced bath will improve flavour, tenderness, and juiciness. Selsi has teamed up with chef and food writer, Signe Langford, to create two delicious brines, Deli-Style and Traditional. Using a blend of organic, wildcrafted and non-organic spices *all clearly marked on the label - we are hand crafting small batches in order to preserve full flavour!
