Eco-Cert, unlike other organic labels, doesn't just require paperwork and a cheque; It requires soil inspections pre-planting, three on site tests during growth and again at bottling. 

If that weren't exciting enough, this Turkish oil also won Germany's Biofach Organic Show's Top Prize and voted Taris the best olive oil in the world for flavour and texture in 2009.
